According to the Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin, in addition to the production of Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles, it is also planned to produce other secret goods.
In Ukraine, the construction of a plant has begun, which will be engaged in the production of Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles from the Turkish company Baykar. This was announced on July 10 by the Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin on the air of the national telethon.
“If we talk about the Bayraktar plant, which has been talked about in Ukraine for a couple of years, construction work has already begun on this plant. The plant began to be built on deeds, and not just on memorandums,” he noted.
Kamyshin also clarified that the construction of the plant will be carried out on the territory of Ukraine. In addition to the production of Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles, the production of other goods is also planned, however, details about them cannot be disclosed at the moment.
“There were negotiations on the plant, then there were shutdowns, scandals. This plant is starting to be built, we have moved on to real steps,” the minister concluded.
