Businessman and founder of investment company Concorde Capital Ihor Mazepa was unable to leave the border – he was detained at the Medica-Sheghini checkpoint today at 3 p.m., three sources – owners of three large companies – told NV Business. The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) is conducting searches at the company’s office, the publication’s sources said. The case is related to obtaining the right to land for the construction of a premium cottage town Goodlife Park in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region.

The premium cottage town Goodlife Park was built in 2013, its area is 40 hectares. The infrastructure includes a yacht club, a mini-hotel, a restaurant, a children’s park, sports fields and a fitness center.

In addition, Concorde Capital invests in the well-known medical chain Dobrobut and the suburban complex near Kyiv Shelest, as well as in other businesses, in particular, in the field of construction and amber mining.
