Conservation work was carried out in the building of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration damaged by Russian missiles. Its further fate will be decided later. This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“Now we can talk about saving what can be saved. Therefore, we have taken a number of conservation measures to ensure that no further damage occurs, given the possible precipitation and the fact that there is no roof or windows. Then we will do an examination, we will do a project. Our main goal is to preserve the historical value of this building, the facade part, and at the same time, we clearly understand that inside it will be necessary to build a completely new building using modern technologies, because the structure has suffered a lot, ”Sinegubov said, adding that inside the monolithic part will have to be redone.
Recall that on March 1, Kharkiv was subjected to massive missile strikes. In particular, cruise missiles fell in the city center, destroying Svoboda Square and the building of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. Seven people died and 24 were injured in the attack, including one child. It was reported that the attack on the area in Kharkiv was carried out by a Caliber class cruise missile.
