European Commission approved Ukraine’s COVID certificates

Ukrainian COVID certificates will be accepted in the EU countries from August 20, according to the press service of the European Commission on Thursday, August 19.

Together with Ukrainian certificates, Turkish and North Macedonian ones were approved.

“This means that these countries will be connected to the EU system, and that COVID certificates issued by North Macedonia, Turkey and Ukraine will be accepted in the EU from tomorrow on the same conditions as the EU digital COVID certificates,” says in the message.

In turn, Ukraine, North Macedonia and Turkey agreed to accept the EU digital COVID certificate.
