Three southern regions of Ukraine to jointly develop tourism

Kherson region, Odesa region and Mykolaiv region have agreed to jointly develop the tourism industry of the Ukrainian Black Sea region, the press service of the Kherson Regional State Administration reports.

The relevant memorandum of cooperation was signed by Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration Serhiy Kozyr, Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Serhiy Hrynevetskyi and Chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitaliy Kim.

“The subject of the Memorandum is cooperation between the parties in order to create favorable organizational and economic conditions for the development of the tourism potential of regions, rational use of tourism resources, increase the competitiveness of regions in the international tourism market, in particular by supporting priority areas of tourism activities, attracting investments in the development of tourism infrastructure and industry of hospitality, expansion of interregional and international cooperation,” reads the report.
