The lawyer of the fifth president of Petro Poroshenko, Igor Golovan, said that two new criminal proceedings were registered in Ukraine regarding his client and the current US President Joe Biden.
“On January 22, 2 days after the inauguration of the President of the United States, two new criminal proceedings were registered concerning the alleged interference in the activities of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin by the fifth President of Ukraine Poroshenko and the current President of the United States, Biden.”
According to him, the production was registered at the request of People’s Deputy Andrei Derkach, who recently came under US sanctions, and by the decision of the Kiev Pechersk Court.
The US State Department openly calls Derkach an “agent of the Kremlin.”
Golovan added that such provocations are trying to destroy the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States.
