For Viktoria Daskalitsa, whom the Kharkiv court arrested the day before, they paid 1.5 million hryvnias of bail. Daskalitsa is suspected of high treason, the SBU detained her as part of a special operation to expose the Telegram network of channels associated with Russian military intelligence.
The interests of the suspect are represented by the lawyer Valentin Rybin, who defends in Ukrainian courts the “Berkut members” suspected of murdering participants in the Revolution of Dignity, militants of the “DPR” and “LPR” groups, Russian spies and saboteurs.
In a comment to Suspilny, Rybin explained that the bail had been paid, but the administration of the isolation ward did not receive a certificate confirming that the money was credited to the special account. Therefore, the suspect will remain in jail until at least February 8.
“No one has issued a confirmation, and without this certificate, no one will give me Victoria. Everyone has gone to the pre-trial detention center for the weekend, ”said the lawyer.
According to Rybin, 1.5 million hryvnias for bail “were collected by the whole world.”
On the eve of the SBU reported on the disclosure of the Russian spy network, whose work is aimed at destabilizing and undermining Ukrainian statehood. With the help of Telegram channels “Legitimny”, “Resident”, “Cartel”, “Gossip Girl”, “Black Quarter”, “Political alignment”, “Atypical Zaporozhye”, “Trempel Kharkiv”, “Odessa Fraer”, “Dnipro live” , “Nikolaev live”, “Kherson live” intelligence agents spread fakes and misinformation.
The channel administrators turned out to be activists of the “Russian spring” from Kharkov and Odessa, their curators – 85 Main Center of the Special Service of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces (formerly the GRU). The agent base is located in Tiraspol, the “capital” of the “Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika” controlled by the Russian Federation (the territory of Moldova not controlled by Chisinau).
SBU detained two channel administrators. The court took one into custody, the second was placed under house arrest.
