As a result of a Russian missile strike on Kharkov, a ten-year-old child was killed and another 25 civilians were injured. The head of the Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office, Alexander Filchakov, announced this on October 6.
He emphasized that at about 7:00 the Russian military fired at the city with Iskander-M missiles.
Under the procedural leadership of the Kyiv and Sloboda district prosecutor’s offices of Kharkov, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
