Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov said that Ukraine could be represented abroad by the president and three other senior officials. He reported this in an interview with UkrlifeTV.

According to him, Vladimir Zelensky, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba can represent Ukraine at international platforms.

“Everyone else is a tourist. You can communicate with them, but they are not representatives of the Ukrainian people,” Danilov said.

He noted that if a person is a citizen of Ukraine and performs abroad, this does not mean that he represents the country.

“We have a group there in striped swimsuits who go to all sorts of second- and third-level cases, so everyone knows them. If they cross the line of what is permitted, then everything will be different,” the NSDC Secretary emphasized.
