The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Rabotino in the Zaporozhye region and de-occupied another 1 sq. km in the Bakhmut direction last week. This was announced on August 28 by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar during a broadcast from the Military Media Center.
She noted that Rabotino had been liberated on the southern front and that “our troops are moving southeast” of this settlement.
Malyar added that the Ukrainian army is advancing towards Novoprokopovka and Ocheretuvate, “despite the fierce resistance of the enemy.”
In addition, over the past week, Ukrainian troops liberated 1 sq. km in the Bakhmut direction.
“On the southern flank of Bakhmut, we are advancing and last week another square kilometer was liberated there,” the deputy minister specified.
In total, 44 sq. km of territory.
