The air defense forces of Ukraine destroyed all the drones with which Russia attacked Kyiv on the night of Wednesday, August 2. This was announced by the head of the Kyiv city military administration (KMVA) Sergei Popko.
According to him, groups of drones entered the airspace of the capital of Ukraine simultaneously in several directions.
However, all air targets – more than 10 Shahed-type drones – were detected and destroyed by air defense forces and means.
“The fall of debris was recorded in the Solomensky, Goloseevsky and Svyatoshinsky districts of Kyiv. There is damage to non-residential premises and pavement. Without serious damage and fires,” he added.
According to him, there is no information about the victims now.
