Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled Russian attacks in three directions

During the day, a military clash occurred on the front, the Russian invaders conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky and Maryinsky directions. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the evening summary on Tuesday, June 13.

The Russian invaders launched another missile and air strike on Ukraine, using 16 Kh-101/Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles and four Iranian Shahed strike UAVs against critical infrastructure facilities in the Kharkiv region and residential buildings in Krivoy Rog. The forces and means of air defense of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 11 cruise missiles and one strike drone.

In addition, the enemy launched 29 air strikes and made about 20 shelling from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and settlements. There are dead and wounded among the civilian population, a critical infrastructure facility, residential buildings, and other civil and administrative infrastructure have been destroyed and damaged.

The Russians continue to concentrate their main efforts on the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions, heavy fighting continues. During the day, there were 22 combat clashes.

In the Limansky direction, during the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of Vesele and Razdolevka. In the Bakhmut direction – in the direction of Orekhovo-Vasilovka and Belaya Gora. In the Maryinsky direction, our defenders repelled all 14 attacks of the invaders in the area of the city of Maryinka.

During the day, the Defense Forces aviation inflicted 11 strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas and three on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.

During the day, missile and artillery units hit a command post, three areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, ammunition, an anti-aircraft missile system, an artillery unit in a firing position, an air defense system and an electronic warfare station of the Russians.
