Zaluzhny met with the generals of the USA, Great Britain and Poland

On Tuesday, March 7, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny met with the generals of the United States, Great Britain and Poland. He discussed with them the course of hostilities in Ukraine and the supply of military assistance.

“Today I held a very important meeting for Ukraine. I was glad to see my friends-colleagues,” Zaluzhny wrote in his Telegram channel.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine met with the following military men:

  • Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces of NATO in Europe – Commander of the US Armed Forces in Europe, General of the US Armed Forces Christopher Cavoli;
  • Chief of Defense Staff, Admiral Sir Tony Radakin;
  • Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, General Raimund Andrzejczak;
  • Commander of the Ukrainian Security Assistance Group, Lieutenant General Antonio A. Aguto.

Zaluzhny informed about the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine, dwelled in most detail on the Eastern direction and spoke about the details of the course of events in Bakhmut.

“The deliveries of military aid — weapons and ammunition — were discussed no less carefully. The issues of strengthening air defense, providing long-range weapons remain extremely important, ”said the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The military continued the dialogue on the training of the Ukrainian military and agreed to continue to work together in these and other important areas.
