The Russian invaders continue to attack in five directions. The Ukrainian Defense Forces repulsed more than 80 enemy attacks.
According to the General Staff, the main efforts are focused on conducting offensive operations in the Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Miner directions.
Over the past day, our defenders repelled 81 invaders’ attacks in these directions.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russians launched 5 missile and 13 air strikes, 2 of which used Shahed-136 UAVs against civilian infrastructure. All drones are down.
The enemy also carried out more than 50 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems, in particular, on civilian infrastructure in the Kherson region and Donbass.
There are dead and wounded civilians, civilian houses have been destroyed and civilian infrastructure has been damaged. The threat level of Russian missile strikes remains high throughout Ukraine.
Volynskoye, Polesskoye, Severskoye and Slobozhansky directions
Operating environment without significant changes. The enemy continues to maintain a military presence near the state border of Ukraine, but no signs of the formation of offensive groups have been identified. The enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the areas of the settlements of Khrenovka and Yekaterinovka in the Chernihiv region; Gorki, Atinskoe, Stukalovka, Girine, Pavlovka, Volfine, Sumy region, as well as Veterinary, Magic Dawn, Strelka, Staritsa, Volchanskie Khutor, Chernyaki, Loshakovo, Krasnoye Pervoi, Stroevka, Novomlynsk, Dvuhletnoe, Zapadnoe and Kupyansk, Kharkov region. Not far from Popovka, Sumy region and Krasnaya Zarya, the enemy used a UAV with a combat load.
Kupyanskoe and Limanskoe directions
The enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of Novoselovsky, Ploshchadka, Belogorovka, Disputed and Berestovoye. Enemy artillery shelling was recorded in more than 25 settlements. Among them are Liman Pervy and Kurilovka in the Kharkiv region and Novoselovskoe, Krasnopopovka, Dibrova, Serebryanskoye forestry, Belogorovka, Disputed, Razdolevka and Fedorovka in the Luhansk region.
Bakhmut direction
The enemy continues to attack the positions of our troops, carried out unsuccessful offensive operations near the settlements of Dubovo-Vasilovka, Yagodnoye, Bakhmut, Ivanovskoye and Severnoye of the Donetsk region.
The areas of more than 25 settlements were subjected to shelling, including: Dubovo-Vasilovka, Bakhmut, Ivanovskoye, Kleschievka, Kurdyumovka, Belaya Gora, Ozaryanovka, Stupochki, Zheleznoe and South of the Donetsk region.
Avdeevskoe and Shakhtyorsk directions
The enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Kamenka, Avdeevka, Vodyanoye, Nevelskoye, Krasnogorovka, Marinka and Ugledar. He carried out artillery shelling in areas of settlements, in particular Novobakhmutovka, Avdeevka, Lastochkino, Pervomaisky, Nevelskoye, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Novomikhailovka, Ugledar and Vremivka of the Donetsk region.
Zaporozhye direction
More than 30 settlements came under fire. Among them are Vremovka and Novopil, Donetsk region; Olgovskoe, Malinovka, Krasnoe, Volshebnoe, Belogorye, Novodanilovka, Orekhov and Novoandreevka of the Zaporozhye region.
Kherson direction
Mikhaylovka, Kachkarovka, Lvov, Antonovka, Kherson, Kamyshany, Blagoveshchenskoe, Belozerka, Dneprovskoe and Beregovo Kherson region fell under enemy fire. In general, the districts have 27 settlements.
RF losses
The enemy continues to suffer significant losses. In the Bakhmutovka district of the Donetsk region, from February 22 to 24, up to 30 bodies of dead and 65 wounded soldiers of the Russian occupation forces were delivered to medical institutions.
Actions of the occupiers
Due to fears of the de-occupation of Ukrainian territories, in the settlement of Oleshki and Skadovsk, Kherson region, the Russian occupying so-called authorities are preparing to escape to the territory of the occupied Crimea. In particular, since February 21, the departure of local collaborators to Bakhchisaray, Simferopol and Kerch has been noted, and since February 24, the occupiers have announced the so-called evacuation of all comers.
Successes of the Ukrainian military
Over the past 24 hours, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces has delivered four strikes on areas where personnel and military equipment are concentrated.
