Lights will not be turned off in Kyiv on February 17

Ukrenergo on Friday, February 17, will determine the current indicators of electricity consumption in the capital. In this regard, stabilization and emergency shutdowns will not be applied in Kyiv tomorrow.

“This will help determine more correct limits when using charts,” the company said.

However, as a result of damage to the networks of Ukrenergo, scheduled shutdowns are possible in some power centers in Kyiv.

As a reminder, today’s overnight Russian attack with missiles and drones did not lead to the need to limit electricity consumption in Ukraine, although it increased slightly compared to yesterday.
