The Ukrainian military shot down 61 Russian aggressor cruise missiles and five kamikaze drones on Friday, February 10. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
According to him, from 21:50 on February 9 to 12:00 on February 10, the enemy launched 71 cruise missiles (X-101/X-555 – 43, Caliber – 28), as well as up to 35 missiles of the S-300 complex. In addition, the Russians used seven strike UAVs of the Shahed type.
The forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the Defense Forces destroyed 61 enemy cruise missiles and five drones,” Zaluzhny said.
Air and missile attacks were carried out using strategic aircraft (TU-95) from the Caspian Sea and Volgodonsk and cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea.
And the S-300 missiles were launched from the Belgorod region and the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporozhye region near the city of Tokmak.
