DTEK moved its mines to maximum productivity


DTEK Energy’s coal mines have been switched to maximum productivity, the company’s press service said on Tuesday, January 10.

“The mines are working at their maximum to provide Ukrainian thermal power plants and thermal power plants with fuel during the most difficult heating season in the history of Ukraine,” the company said in a statement.

According to Ildar Saleev, General Director of DTEK Energy, “miners, despite the war, support Ukrainian thermal power plants with the necessary amount of fuel.”

The press service added that during 2022, DTEK’s coal mining enterprises put into operation 28 new longwalls.
