In Kyiv, in case of emergencies in winter, they are preparing to deploy about 1,000 heating points for residents. Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this.
According to him, various scenarios for the development of events are being considered, and the worst one is “when there is no electricity, water and heat supply at all.”
“In this case, we are preparing more than a thousand heating points in our city. We bought power generators, made supplies of water and everything necessary for these heating points to receive people. It will be possible to warm up in them, drink tea, recharge phones, get the necessary help,” Klitschko said.
