At the request of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Shevchenkovsky District Court chose a preventive measure for the President of JSC Motor Sich in the form of detention. This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
Over the next 60 days, while the SBU investigators are conducting a pre-trial investigation, he will not be able to leave the isolation ward.
In addition to the president of Motor Sich, a similar preventive measure was chosen for the head of one of the departments of this enterprise, who was also detained by the SBU.
Both defendants were reported on suspicion under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – Art. 111-1 (collaboration activity) and art. 111-2 (complicity with the aggressor state).
The pre-trial investigation continues. The SBU is taking comprehensive measures to identify other participants in illegal activities and bring the perpetrators to justice.
Recall that earlier the SBU published audio recordings of telephone conversations of the president of Motor Sich, confirming his cooperation with the enemy.
