Ukraine is 60% ready for the heating season, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
“Currently, all regions are ready by an average of 60%. This is in line with the government’s training plan. We will accelerate in this direction in order to steadily pass the heating season,” Shmyhal said.
So, by October 15, coal reserves should reach 2.5 million tons of coal.
“According to Energy Minister German Galushchenko, 1.8 million tons of coal are currently stored in the warehouses of thermal power plants and thermal power plants, and the process is moving according to schedule,” the prime minister said.
Gas reserves exceeded 11.8 billion cubic meters against the plan of 19 billion cubic meters.
