The Kyiv authorities decided to ban the sale of souvenirs and other goods on Andreevsky Spusk, moving merchants to the Alley of Artists and Landscape Alley.
Podolsk Regional State Administration must, by February 14, develop a plan for the placement of art and souvenir products on the Alley of Artists and Landscape Alley.
The Shevchenkovsk and Podolsk Regional State Administrations must take “effective measures to eliminate the spontaneous trade in souvenirs and art products from Desyatinnaya and Vladimirskaya streets” and “keep the sanitary and technical condition of the above streets under constant control” by March 1.
By this time, souvenir sellers should move to Artists’ Alley and Landscape Alley.
